Ouida's Food Truck Park LLC was built on a simple conviction: people deserve a place where great food trucks can gather, connect, and serve their community without the overhead of a brick-and-mortar kitchen. Located at 310 Monroe St in the heart of Carthage, our park is where neighbors meet, families eat together, and every day brings a new flavor to try.

We host a rotating lineup of local and regional food trucks — from smash burgers and loaded fries to authentic Mexican, soul food, vegan bowls, and sweet treats. The menu changes daily, so there's always something new waiting for you.
